Joseph S. Novak - Principal

Joseph S. Novak is a Principal and Co-Founder of Old Mission Investment Company. Prior to co-founding Old Mission Investment Company, Joseph was a First Vice President of Investments at Wachovia Securities following a merger with Prudential Securities. Joseph started in the investment advisory business in 1965, serving clients while affiliated at firms such as EF Hutton and Roney and Company prior to joining Prudential Securities in 1982. His educational background includes receiving his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1963 in pre-law, while also attending the Denver School of Law in 1964.

Joseph has served on the board of directors of the Muskegon Jaycees, worked closely with the Traverse City GTAC School system, and volunteered time with the Scenic Trails Council Boy Scouts in the Traverse area. He has been affiliated with other organizations such as the Elks Club and is a past member of the Traverse City Rotary Club.
